Collection of Personal Data

We collect and process users’ personal data necessary for the operation and provision of services within the Application. Personal data is collected gradually during registration, profile completion, and use of the Application’s features. All data is provided by the user voluntarily.

The following categories of personal data may be collected as part of the Application’s functionality: full name, date of birth, gender, citizenship, email address, city, region, area of expertise, skill proficiency level, profile description, contact details, education, work experience, foreign language proficiency, and profile photo.

Registration and login to the Application are available exclusively through an Apple ID account, which may share basic data such as name and email address.

The user has the right to refuse to provide certain information. However, doing so may limit access to specific features and services of the Application.

Purposes of Data Processing

The personal data provided by users is used solely to ensure the functionality of the Application and to improve the quality of the services offered.

We use users’ personal data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage the User’s account;
• To display the User’s profile within the Application for the purpose of establishing professional and business connections;
• To provide the Application’s core functionality, including filtering and matching specialists or offers;
• To communicate with users within the scope of the Application, including notifications and important informational messages;
• To ensure the security of the User’s account;
• To improve, maintain, and develop the functionality of the Application;
• To comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including requirements related to the storage and processing of personal data.

Personal data will not be used for any other purposes not specified in this Policy without obtaining additional consent from the User.

Data Storage and Protection

All personal data of the Application’s Users is stored on secure servers physically located within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in strict compliance with the applicable personal data protection laws.

We take all necessary organizational, legal, and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data, including:

• Protection of data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction;
• Use of modern encryption technologies and data protection measures during transmission and storage;
• Restriction of access to personal data to only those employees and contractors who require such access to perform their job duties;
• Regular updates of security software and hardware;
• Ongoing monitoring and auditing of data processing procedures.

The User’s personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or for the duration required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Data Sharing

We do not share users’ personal data with third parties without obtaining the User’s prior explicit consent, except in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Personal data may be shared only in the following cases:

• Upon request from authorized government bodies in situations stipulated by law;
• In fulfillment of obligations to the User, when the transfer of data is necessary to provide certain functions of the Application (e.g., displaying the User’s profile to other users for interaction within the purposes of the Application);
• In the event of a business reorganization or sale, provided that confidentiality is maintained and all obligations regarding personal data protection are transferred to the new owner.

When personal data is shared with third parties, we ensure that such parties maintain confidentiality and data protection standards that are no less stringent than those set out in this Policy and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

User Rights

Users of the Application have all rights concerning their personal data as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The User has the right to:

• Receive information about the purposes, methods, and duration of the processing of their personal data;
• Request clarification, updates, or corrections to their personal data in the event of changes or inaccuracies;
• Request the deletion of their personal data if the processing is unlawful or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
• Restrict the processing of their personal data in cases provided by law;
• Withdraw previously given consent to the processing of personal data;
• Object to the processing of personal data in cases provided by law;
• Exercise other rights established by the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The request will be reviewed as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt.

Paid Subscription «Outstaff Pro»

The Application offers the User the option to purchase a paid subscription called «Outstaff Pro», which provides access to enhanced features and benefits within the service.

Subscription Terms:

• The subscription is purchased through the User’s Apple ID in the App Store;
• A free trial period may be offered upon the first subscription purchase, with the duration shown in the subscription interface;
• At the end of the free trial period, the subscription will automatically activate and the User will be charged the subscription fee, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period;
• The subscription automatically renews unless the User cancels it manually in the Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
• The subscription price and available options are displayed in the Application at the time of purchase and may change in the future;
• A paid subscription is non-refundable, except in cases explicitly stated in Apple’s refund policy.

Data Processing:

• When subscribing, the Application does not collect or process the User’s payment card details or any other payment information;
• All payments are processed by Apple Inc. via the App Store. We only receive information about the subscription status (active, renewed, or cancelled).

Liability:

• We are not responsible for any errors, disruptions, or limitations that may occur during payment processing through Apple, or for the inability to access subscription features due to third-party service issues, including the App Store.

Informed Consent:

• The User confirms that by purchasing the subscription, they acknowledge and understand the terms of the subscription, including the availability of a free trial, its cost, duration, and auto-renewal;
• If the User does not agree with the subscription terms, they must refrain from subscribing.

Use of Cookies

Currently, the Application does not use cookies to collect Users’ personal data.

However, we reserve the right to use cookies and similar technologies in the future to improve the performance of the Application, analyze User behavior, and personalize the services provided.

If cookies are implemented, the User will be additionally informed and given the opportunity to consent to or refuse their use in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Consent to Data Processing

By registering and using the Application, the User provides their voluntary, specific, informed, and conscious consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

The User confirms that they:

• have read and understood the terms of this Policy;
• consent to the collection, storage, use, transfer, and other actions with their personal data as specified in the Policy;
• are aware of their rights regarding personal data, including the right to withdraw consent to data processing.

If the User does not agree with the terms of personal data processing, they must stop using the Application.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time without prior notice to the User, if such changes are required to comply with the law or to improve the functioning of the Application.

In the event of any changes, the updated version of the Policy will be published on the official website outstaff.app and within the Application, indicating the effective date of the changes.

We recommend that the User periodically review the terms of this Policy to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Application after changes to the Policy shall be considered as the User’s acceptance of the updated version.

If the User does not agree with the changes, they have the right to stop using the Application and request the deletion of their personal data.
