Terms of Use

Apple Standard EULA

This Agreement is provided in addition to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also apply to your use of this application. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple’s EULA, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail, to the extent permitted by law. Test Mode

This application is currently in a testing phase (beta version) and is provided to users “as is” solely for preview and trial purposes.

The application owner does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or stable operation of the service;
• completeness, accuracy, preservation, or security of any data entered or processed in the application;
• that the application’s functionality will meet the user’s expectations.

By using this application, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

• they are using the application voluntarily and at their own risk;
• the application owner bears no responsibility for any failures, data loss, incompatibilities, errors, or any other consequences arising from the use of the application;
• this application is not intended for permanent storage or processing of critical or confidential information.

This notice is issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, and other applicable legal acts. Use of the application constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms by the user.

Registration and Account

• To use the features of the Application, authorization through the Apple ID account is required.
• The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The User is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account and all actions performed through it.

User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

• use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose;
• edit their data, receive information about themselves, request data deletion;
• purchase the paid subscription “Outstaff Pro”.

The User undertakes to:

• not violate the rights of other users;
• not post false or misleading information;
• not use the Application for illegal purposes.

Rights and Obligations of the Administration

We have the right to:

• suspend or restrict the User’s access in case of violation of the Agreement;
• modify the functionality of the Application without prior notice;
• make changes to the Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

We undertake to:

• ensure proper operation of the Application;
• protect the User’s personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Paid Subscription «Outstaff Pro»

• The Application offers the option to purchase a paid subscription through the App Store.
• All payments are processed via Apple. We do not store or process your card data.
• The subscription is automatically renewed unless manually canceled in the Apple ID settings.
• The subscription terms and pricing are specified in the Application.
• Refunds are subject only to Apple’s refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

By accessing or using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any personal data, information, or materials you choose to disclose, submit, or share (including, but not limited to, profile information, contact details, resumes/CVs, and communications) are provided voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

You further acknowledge and agree that the Administration does not verify, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legitimacy, reliability, or actual existence of any users, companies, employers, or other third parties presented through the Service.

Any badges, labels, or indicators displayed within the Service, including but not limited to “Verified” or similar designations, are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes and shall not be interpreted as any form of endorsement, certification, validation, or guarantee by the Administration of the identity, legal status, credibility, or good faith of any user or company.

The Administration expressly disclaims any and all liability for:

• any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by users or third parties;
• any impersonation, misrepresentation, or unlawful conduct by any user or company;
• any damages, losses, or harm (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of or related to interactions, communications, negotiations, or agreements between users, including but not limited to candidates and employers;
• any decisions made by the User based on information obtained through the Service;
• any temporary failures or interruptions in the operation of the Application;
• any actions or omissions of third parties, including, but not limited to, app stores, service providers, or partners;
• any consequences resulting from errors or misuse of the Application by the User.

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to user interactions, regardless of whether a user or company is marked as “Verified” or holds any other status within the Service.

The User is solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence, verifying the identity and legitimacy of any counterparty, and assessing all risks prior to sharing information, engaging in communication, or entering into any form of relationship or transaction through the Service.

Intellectual Property

All rights to texts, logos, design, source code, and other elements of the Application belong to the Administration or the respective rights holders. Any copying or use without permission is prohibited.

Termination of Use

The User may stop using the Application at any time. In doing so, they have the right to request the deletion of their account and all personal data by contacting support@outstaff.app.

Final Provisions

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations, and if not possible, in court at the place of registration of the Administration.
• Continued use of the Application after changes to the Agreement constitutes the User’s consent to the new version.
• The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website outstaff.app and in the Application.
